  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 medium size onion, chopped
  • 1 medium size bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 c. white cooking wine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350°. The sauce makes an excellent gravy for rice. Serves 6.
