- 4 c. coarsely crumbled corn bread
- 4 c. crumbled dry bread
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 c. broth (made from giblets)
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix bread, onions, celery and seasonings in a large bowl.

2Add eggs and butter and mix well.

3If mixture seems too dry, add more broth to moisten but do not make pastry.

4Put in a greased baking pan or muffin pans.

5Bake at 350° until brown.
