  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 slice pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    In a medium mixing bowl, combine corn meal and sugar.

    Blend remaining 5 ingredients until chunky.

    Add blended ingredients to mixing bowl.

    Stir to combine.

    Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle.
