- 14 ounces, weight Artichoke Hearts In Water, Drained And Chopped
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Thawed
- 1/2 cups Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Fat Free Mayonnaise
- 4 ounces, weight Goat Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Plus 1 Tablespoon For Topping
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

1Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan or 8 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (except for the last tablespoon of Parmesan for topping).

3Add salt and pepper.

4Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of Parmesan and bake for 22 minutes, or until bubbly.
