  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, half liquid drained off
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sharp cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle 1 cup grated sharp cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes.
