- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 or 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in sour cream.

2Stir in corn. Stir in dry muffin mix.

3Mix well and spoon into greased casserole.

4Will be puffed up and golden brown when done.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
