Garlic & Chilli Prawns

  • 30 g butter
  • 4 spring onions, diagonally sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1-2 teaspoons finely shredded chilli
  • 500 g green prawn cutlets King Sooper's 1 lb For $4.99 thru 02/09
  • 250 ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
  • 50 g baby spinach leaves, to serve
  • rice, to serve

Directions

    MELT the butter in a large frypan and saute the spring onions, garlic and chilli for 23 minutes.

    Add the prawns and continue cooking for 35 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.

    STIR in the PHILLY and simmer gently until the sauce is heated through.

    PLACE a bed of spinach into each serving bowl, top with the prawns and serve with rice.

    Serve immediately.
