- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter and set aside to cool. Beat eggs.

3Mix in sour cream and stir in cooled butter.

4Add corn and cornbread mix.

5Mix thoroughly and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
