  • 8 oz. whole kernel corn
  • 1 Jiffy muffin mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except for the cheese and sour cream. After this is well blended, add sour cream.

    Pour into Pyrex dish and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Spread cheese on top and bake 10 more minutes.
