  • 1 large can corn
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
  • 1/3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cheese and milk.

    Put in baking dish and cook in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Mix cheese with milk and pour over; brown.
