- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cheese and milk.

2Put in baking dish and cook in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.

3Mix cheese with milk and pour over; brown.
