- 2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans cream-style corn
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl.

2Combine cornmeal and remaining ingredients.

3Stir into corn mixture first ingredients.

4Pour into lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
