Easy Roast Beef

- 1 pot or chuck roast
- 1 jar mild or hot pepper rings (found in pickle aisle)
- 1 can beer
- 1 or 2 beef bouillon cubes
- onion
Directions

1Place pot roast into crock-pot.

2Pour jar of pepper rings and juice, too, and beer into pot.

3Add bouillon cubes and onion slices.

4Cook 5 to 6 hours.

5Remove roast and let cool.

6Remove bones and excess fat.

7Chop with knife and fork until meat appears to be shredded.

8Return to juice and serve on hard rolls.
