  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Melt butter and cook the onion a little before adding other ingredients.

    Beat eggs first; add and combine all ingredients except cheese and place in baking dish; top with cheese and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until brown and puffy.
