Ingredients

  • 1 can (17 oz.) yellow creamed corn
  • 1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 1 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    (Do not cook macaroni.)

    Place in 2-quart, covered casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
