- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
- dash of garlic
- 1 tsp. onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Add whole and creamed corn and cornbread mix.

3Stir with fork.

4Add garlic, onion, sugar and eggs.

5Fold sour cream in gently.

6Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
