  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 small box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
