- 2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans yellow creamed corn
- 2 (8 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Add cornmeal, garlic salt and baking soda to mixture.

3Pour into a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
