- 1 16-oz can yellow creamed corn
- 1 c biscuit mix (Bisquick)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbs oil
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 4-oz can chopped green chilies, drained
- 6-oz Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
Directions

1Mix corn, biscuit mix, egg, oil, and milk together.

2Spread half the mix in a greased 8 x 8 x 2 in. pan.

3Layer green chilies and sliced Jack cheese over corn mixture.

4Spread remaining corn mixture over top.

5Bake at 400 for 30 minutes until browned. Serves 6.
