  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (don't drain)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients in order listed, then muffin mix. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes; use 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Remove from oven and top with about 1 cup cheese.

    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
