Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese (or more)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except shredded cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Half way through baking, top with shredded cheese.

    Return to oven for remaining time.
