- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- grated cheese (if desired)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a 2-quart casserole and bake for 1/2 hour at 350°. If you are adding the cheese, do it now. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes or so until the casserole is golden brown and firm. Cut in squares to serve.
