Popped Rice Casserole

- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (liquid included)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. hamburger
Directions

1Put oil in a frying pan.

2Add rice and saute until all rice has popped (changed color and nicely browned).

3Stir constantly. Brown meat in another frying pan while rice is sauteing.

4Mix all ingredients together and put in a large casserole.

5Top with onion rings.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
