- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn with liquid
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box cornbread mix
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Add cans of corn, cornbread mix and chilies.

3Mix with a fork.

4Add onion and sugar. Add beaten eggs and spread evenly in pan.

5Drop sour cream by spoonfuls on top and fold in gently.

6Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.
