- 3 c. canned corn (frozen may be used, but cook first)
- 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and cheese and place in greased 10 x 6-inch glass casserole dish.

2Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine and blend until well coated.

3Sprinkle over corn mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
