Ingredients

  • 3 c. canned corn (frozen may be used, but cook first)
  • 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and cheese and place in greased 10 x 6-inch glass casserole dish.

    Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine and blend until well coated.

    Sprinkle over corn mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
