- 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole with butter.

2Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole.

3Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
