- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients together.

2Pour in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan.

3Saute onions and peppers.

4Spread over mixture. Spread sour cream over onions and peppers.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
