  • 1 large can whole kernel corn, drained slightly
  • 1 large can cream-style corn
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; bake for 30 minutes at 375° in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Remove from oven; top with shredded or grated cheese.

    Return to oven; bake for 10 minutes.
