  • 1 pkg. Safron rice (yellow) Mahatma brand
  • 1 small c. Mexican corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large grated cheese

Directions

    Cook rice according to package.

    Drain corn.

    Mix rice, corn and cream of chicken soup.

    Layer with cheese.

    Top with cheese and bake at 350° until lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
