- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 can black beans
- 1 packet hot and spicy taco mix
- 1 tomato
- 1 wheat tortillas
- 1 shredded mexican cheese
- 1 paul newman black bean and corn salsa
Directions

1Boil 2 cups of brown rice

2Place beans in a sauce pan on low heat.

3Add rice, chicken, taco seasoning, and tomato to beans and mix.

4Place on tortillas and warm in microwave with shredded cheese.
