  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can creamed corn, undrained
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten slightly with fork
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream and onion
  • 1 small box corn muffin mix (Jiffy)

    In large bowl, add beaten eggs to all ingredients except sour cream, add this last.
