  • 2 cans niblets corn (drained)
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. milk or light cream
  • 1/2 c. or more cracker crumbs (Ritz is best, but can use saltines)
  • Little salt and pepper
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter cut up

    Mix all together and place in casserole dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350° or until top is a little puffed and browned.
