  • 1 can whole kernel corn and liquid
  • 1 can creamed corn (15 to 20 oz.)
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)

    Grease an 8 x 8-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. The top will be browned.
