- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 small box corn muffin mix
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine and in mixing bowl combine it with the whole kernel corn (with juice), cream-style corn, beaten eggs and corn muffin mix.

2Pour into a 9 x 11-inch baking pan.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Add shredded cheese and bake until it melts, approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
