  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • Monterrey Jack cheese

    Spread half of mixture in baking dish, layer sliced cheese on top of corn mixture. Repeat layers.
