- 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drain
- 1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1/2 stick margarine or substitute
- 1/4 c. Butter Buds liquid
Directions

1Blend all ingredients together.

2Spray a 2-quart square casserole dish with Pam.

3Pour in mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.

4Makes 9 squares at 166 calories each.
