  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 c. melted margarine or butter
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions

    Mix all together; pour in 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Can add 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

    (Ovens vary in heat; may have to cook longer.)
