- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 c. melted margarine or butter
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Directions

1Mix all together; pour in 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.

2Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

3Can add 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.

4(Ovens vary in heat; may have to cook longer.)
