- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded

2Add corn muffin mix and cheese; mix thoroughly.

3Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes in greased casserole dish until brown on top.
