  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, slightly drained
  • 8 oz. plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Mix together and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
