- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- Ritz crackers
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped

1Fry bacon; drain.

2Saute onion and green pepper in bacon grease until tender.

3Combine corn, bacon, onion and green pepper in casserole.

4Crumble handful of Ritz crackers and stir for thickening.
