- 3 pkg. Pioneer corn bread mix
- 1 large can cream-style corn
- 1 medium jar pimentos
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 3 pkg. Lipton (dry) cream of chicken Cup-a-Soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Bake corn bread as directed on package.

2Crumble in large bowl.

3Saute onions and bell peppers until soft.

4Add to corn bread.

5Add cream-style corn, pimentos (drained), dry soup and beaten eggs.

6Mix well.

7Add chicken broth to desired moistness. Pour into 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan.
