  • 3 pkg. Pioneer corn bread mix
  • 1 large can cream-style corn
  • 1 medium jar pimentos
  • 2 large yellow onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 3 pkg. Lipton (dry) cream of chicken Cup-a-Soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Bake corn bread as directed on package.

    Crumble in large bowl.

    Saute onions and bell peppers until soft.

    Add to corn bread.

    Add cream-style corn, pimentos (drained), dry soup and beaten eggs.

    Mix well.

    Add chicken broth to desired moistness. Pour into 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan.
