  • 1 can Green Giant Niblets corn, drained
  • 1 can Green Giant white corn, drained
  • 1 can Green Giant creamed corn
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion or 1 pkg. frozen onions
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 2 or 3 stalks chopped celery

Directions

  1. 1
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.

    Add corn and Ro-Tel; mix together (best if mixed the day before).
