- 1 lb. bacon, fried until crisp and diced
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 8 large potatoes, diced
- 1 can whole corn
- 3 cans creamed corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Remove bacon and saute onions. Combine bacon, onions and potatoes.

3Cover with water and cook until tender.

4Add whole and creamed corn.

5Rinse cans.

6Simmer until vegetables are well done.

7Add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

8Just before serving, add evaporated milk.

9Heat and serve.
