  • 1/4 lb. salt pork-bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 c. diced boiled potatoes
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cooked corn (canned or fresh)
  • 4 c. hot milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of parsley

Directions

    Cut pork into small pieces.

    Cook until some fat is in pan. Add onions.

    Cook until tender.

    Add potatoes, boiling water, corn and hot milk.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat until boiling. Serve garnished with parsley.
