  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can Snow's white clam chowder
  • 1 can corn Niblets
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/8 to 1/4 c. cooking sweet sherry (red; optional)

    Combine all ingredients in a large kettle and heat very slow. Stir often.
