  • Bacon
  • 1 C chopped onion
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 can canned milk
  • butter the size of an egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Chop and fry bacon until you have about a cup. Dip out bacon pieces and put aside. Saute onions until clear, add diced potatoes. Cover with water and cook until just tender. Add onion, corn, milk and butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
