- 5 c. boiling water
- salt to taste
- 6 large potatoes, diced
- 1 large can corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions

1Lightly saute bacon and onions in Dutch oven or heavy skillet; drain off fat.

2Add boiling water, salt and potatoes; bring to rolling boil.
