- 4 to 5 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 c. milk
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Cook potatoes until soft (about 10 minutes).

2Cook sausage and remove from skillet.

3Saute onions in sausage grease; add basil and oregano when onions are almost done.

4Drain water from potatoes, reserving 1 cup.

5Put potatoes and 1 cup potato liquid into soup pot.

6Add sausage, onions, milk and corn to pot.

7Cook until hot; do not boil.
