- 4 slices bacon
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 3 c. water (including water from corn)
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 can or 2 1/2 c. canned or fresh corn
- 3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut bacon in small pieces; fry lightly in saucepan.

2Remove from pan.

3Saute onions in bacon fat.

4Add water and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done.

5Add canned milk, corn, bacon and seasonings.

6Heat and serve.

7If fresh corn is used, cook with potatoes.
