- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 small to medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
- 2 or 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter.

2Add peeled, cubed potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.

3Cook until tender. Do not drain.

4Add corn, milk, salt and pepper.

5Heat, do not boil. Great with corn muffins.
