Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 medium potatoes (all-purpose)
  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 12 oz. can corn kernels
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • imitation (soy) bacon bits

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in 2 teaspoons vegetable oil until limp.

    Add remaining ingredients, exception imitation bacon bits and heat to boiling, but do not boil. Sprinkle with imitation bacon bits.

    Serve immediately.
